Website hosting is where your website lives. This is separate from your domain purchase, which covers the website address to which your hosted website points. Storing your website on a reputable hosting platform through someone you trust is common sense. You need to know your website is safe and going to be available to your customers, and that you can access anything you need when you need it.
Why do I need to maintain my website?
WordPress websites have incredible flexibility and customization options, but that comes at a cost. Plugins, themes, and WordPress must be kept up to date to avoid security issues. As most site owners know all too well, these upgrades can trigger formatting issues or other faults, so many business owners trust us to back up and maintain their website, checking for and fixing any issues that occur.

We do a LOT of web maintenance and everything else your website needs. We offer hosting, development, e-commerce, Shopify, Square, Wix, Weebly, WordPress core & plugin maintenance, triaging, custom coding, platform integrations, technical SEO, aesthetics, user experience… you name it, we have the skills to do it!
A lot of our clients are like this, and that is a-ok. You may just need someone to be available when the site goes offline, gets hacked, needs updates, etc.
We have three options available:
- Hosting + 1 hour of maintenance each month ($75 + HST): Get hosting plus one hour of monthly maintenance including minor fixes for a flat rate.
- Monthly Basic Tier ($100 +HST) – In some months, not much is needed, but sometimes a new plugin destabilizes everything. We have a low-tier package that covers up to two hours per month, but hours carry over to the next month, and we will evaluate our time at the end of the year to make sure you are on the right package.
- Hourly Support ($75 + HST) – This rate is for on-demand work that is over 15 minutes. If it’s under 15, no charge for existing clients.
Absolutely not. Our terms are flexible, and you aren’t locked in. We require 30 days’ notice of any cancellation. Should you needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your package as needed.
