The Client

Atlantic Event Décor is a premier event décor company serving Atlantic Canada, transforming weddings, galas, corporate events, and celebrations into unforgettable environments.

The Challenge

Atlantic Event Décor’s work is best understood visually, but their sales process relied on describing setups clients hadn’t yet seen or relying on photo collections. They needed a shareable, luxurious way to showcase their full portfolio, from full event environments down to individual linens and centrepieces, in one place.

Our Approach

Our Designer worked closely with the creatively minded client to capture the specific look they hoped to achieve, assembling their photography into an editorial-style lookbook. Full-bleed event photography is paired with supporting pages that break down the individual elements on display, alongside sections for linen and textile swatches and the brand’s story. The final PDF was loaded into a digital publishing platform to present it as a luxury magazine on a marble backdrop, complete with a realistic page-turn experience, and embedded directly on the client’s website for easy sharing with potential customers.

The Result

A flagship sales asset: a flippable digital magazine that walks potential clients through real events item by item, and lets the work speak for itself.
