This Digital Asset Storage Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for managing and storing your digital assets.

1. Storage Duration

When we create any digital asset for you, we will store your files in full for the calendar year they are created in, plus one additional calendar year. This means that any files created in 2023 will be held securely on our servers until the end of 2024.

2. Asset Retrieval

At the end of this storage period, you will be notified and given a 4-week window to download and save your files. We will provide clear instructions on how to do this and offer support if needed.

3. Post-Storage Retrieval

If you require access to your files after the designated download window, we can still retrieve them for you. However, because this involves additional administrative work on our end, a small fee of $10 will be charged for each retrieval per set of assets required.

4. Security

Your digital assets are stored on secure servers and are protected by the latest cybersecurity measures. We take your data security seriously and ensure that all files are kept safe and confidential during your time with us.
