Terms and Conditions for the Cyber PR Army Seasonal Marketing Assets Giveaway Competition:
- Entry & Prizes
a. There will be two winners selected at random. One winner will be an existing or previous Cyber PR Army client. The other will be someone who has not previously engaged our digital marketing services.
b. All entrants will be subscribed to our email newsletter and SMS marketing campaigns. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
c. The specific prize package offered to both winners will consist of:
– 3 x hours of digital marketing consulting
– 1 x access to Cyber PR Army Academy online training courses
– 2 x reels
– 5 x graphic social media posts
– 1 x website graphic (this can be a seasonal banner or a single web graphic)
– 1 x mobile micro-website to use over the holiday season
– 1 x blog to boost SEO
– 1 x email copy and header graphic (must have an existing newsletter setup)
a. The winner will be notified by November 17th.
b. All required elements must be supplied to Cyber PR Army by noon on Wednesday, November 15th. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
c. The first round of elements will be delivered by Cyber PR Army no later than November 21st, with an attempt to deliver finalized versions before Black Friday.
a. The winner must provide a high-resolution logo, preferably in ai or SVG format.
b. If available, the winner must provide a Branding Guide or colour identifications and any specific fonts used.
c. The winner should supply any high-resolution images they wish to use. If these are unavailable, we can use high-resolution stock imagery that complements your existing assets.
d. The winner must grant access to their web and ad account to email@example.com.
a. Only one revision will be allowed per element.
b. One revision will apply to all social media, one for all reels, and one for all emails.
a. We are not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the competition or prize delivery.
b. The winner’s information will be used for email and marketing purposes as part of the campaign.
c. The winner will be asked for feedback upon delivery of their assets for purposes of testimonial gathering.
d. The winner may choose to continue working with Cyber PR Army or not, as suits their needs. They are not obligated to use Cyber PR Army’s services in any way.
